SharePoint Conference 2011 is almost upon us. Anaheim, California is *the* place to be the first week of October for all things SharePoint. There are many facets of SharePoint that can be tuned to dramatically increase the overall performance of your farm. In this session, you will learn real-world performance optimization techniques for SharePoint 2010, including planning and sizing for anticipated usage, handling large numbers of concurrent users, implementing caching and compression, configuring IIS, tuning SQL server, managing large lists and resource throttling, optimizing custom code, reducing page payload and performing load and scalability testing.
